1. Free Trial First

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be granted if:

• You experience persistent technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours of reporting.
• The service was not delivered within 2 hours of confirmed payment.
• The request is made within 24 hours of the subscription start date and fewer than 10% of the subscription period has been used.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The subscription has been active for more than 24 hours.
• Issues caused by your internet connection, device hardware, or third-party applications.
• Violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing beyond permitted limits).
• Change of mind after purchase.
